Join Lucie for a yoga workshop to explore the journey into Spring through breath & yoga.

After a long Winter the physical body asks to release and detoxify stored heaviness through movement & diet; the energetic mind requires more social interaction and we start to find more of a "spring" in our step.

This workshop will focus using yoga & breathing practises to reveal a more refreshed, revitalised & calmer self.

SUNDAY 30TH APRIL 2-4.30PM

If you're new to yoga or struggling to find your way through a Sun Salutation or make out the difference between Warrior 1 and 2, then this workshop is for you!

In this 2.5 hour session you will be guided step-by-step through many of the foundational poses from Downward Facing Dog through to Savasana. You will learn how to structure poses safely and explore key principles of movement and alignment. There will also be lots of space to interact and ask questions.

This workshop is ideal for complete beginners, those returning after a long break, or just those looking to refine their practise. We look forward to welcoming you for this fun and practical session!
